Notice:

The Circle Lake Improvement District (CLID) Board would like to increase the size of the Board from seven (7) to nine (9) members. This is to support our increased workload and to make room on our Board for new members before the terms of our more experienced Board members expire, and they decide not to run for reelection.

To do this, we need the Rice County Board of Commissioners' approval. Before they vote on this request, there will be a Public Hearing on January 27th, 2026, at 9 AM to hear arguments for or against granting this change.
